Thank you for considering a Summer Frolic sponsorship! Purchasing a sponsor package offsets the many operational expenses that come with presenting a community festival while providing promotional benefits to your business. We want to keep the Frolic alive for many years to come, support our local parks and recreation, and keep our service and sports clubs healthy. Your sponsorship makes all of these things happen!

After paying for festival expenses, 40 percent of Frolic proceeds support our nine member service organizations, with the remaining 60 percent issued in grants for local parks and recreation projects.

2025 Sponsor Levels

Frolic Champion ($5,000) – exclusive opportunity to the first sponsor to commit!

These sponsors will receive:

• exclusive sponsorship of the all-new Summer Frolic cash raffle, which includes a listing on each of the 2,500 tickets printed, and mention in all promotions
• opportunity to have an information table or booth at the festival
• one parade entry (lineup number toward the beginning, immediately after the Frolic President)• reserved parking for the whole weekend
• exclusive sponsor signage in music tent
• special custom 2025 Summer Frolic merchandise with your logo for four employees
•VIP beer tent status that includes private bartender service plus complimentary beverages and food for eight people on your choice of Friday or Saturday night (8 p.m.-midnight)
• four complimentary food and beverage coupons for use anytime throughout the weekend
• a logo listing on all Frolic printed and digital promotions, including drink koozies that will be distributed during the parade, a sponsor banner at the festival, two Mount Horeb Mail ads, and a listing on the website
• mentions in ALL Frolic social media posts
• recognition during several Frolic activities, including the parade, beer tent entertainment, fireworks and raffle drawing
• the opportunity to distribute promotional items for attendees and display a promotional sign near the beer tent entrance throughout Summer Frolic weekend (signs must be 3’ x 5’ or smaller, and may be placed June 4-5 during setup)

Frolic Fanatic ($2,500)

These sponsors will receive:

• a logo listing on all Frolic printed and digital promotions, including drink koozies that will be distributed during the parade, a sponsor banner at the festival, two Mount Horeb Mail ads, and a listing on the website
• mentions in most Frolic social media posts
• complimentary beverages and food for eight people on their choice of Friday or Saturday night
• recognition during several Frolic activities, including the parade, beer tent entertainment, fireworks and raffle drawing
• one parade entry
• the opportunity to distribute promotional items for attendees and display a promotional sign near the beer tent entrance throughout Summer Frolic weekend (signs must be 3’ x 5’ or smaller, and may be placed June 4-5 during setup)

Frolic Leader ($1,000)

These sponsors will receive:

• a logo listing on select printed Frolic promotions, the website, and a sponsor recognition banner at the festival
• recognition in two Mount Horeb Mail ads and four social media posts
• complimentary beer and food for four people on Friday night, plus recognition during Friday musical entertainment
• one parade entry

Norsk Run Sponsor (exclusive opportunity, $1,000)

The Norsk Run sponsor will receive:

• logo displayed on the Norsk Run web page and the Frolic Sponsors page, on event promotional posters and flyers, and on signage at the run and the festival
• acknowledgments in pre-race announcements and in all Norsk Run-related posts on Summer Frolic social media
• the opportunity to hand out giveaway items or coupons on race day
• one parade entry

Frolic Friend ($750)

These sponsors will receive:

• a listing on the sponsor recognition banner at the festival and on the website
• recognition in three social media posts
• recognition in one Mount Horeb Mail ad
• one parade entry

Frolic Collaborator ($500)

This sponsor level receives:

• a website listing
• two social media posts
• a listing on the sponsor recognition banner at the festival
• one parade entry

Frolic Contributor ($250)

This level includes:

• a website listing
• one social media post
• recognition on the festival sponsors banner
• one parade entry
